Our Routine Preventative Maintenance Includes:
- lubrication of drive units
- rewrapping and inspection of cables
- recarpeting bunks or hull supports
- alignment and tensioning of drive belts and pulleys (where applicable)
- inspection and rotation of sheaves and axle bolts
- scraping of fixed tracks
- inspection and torque adjustment of pile mount bolts and hardware
- tensioning cable keepers
- leveling of lift cradle and hull supports
- realignment of guide poles
- inspection and adjustment of limit switch travel ranges
- replacement and / or inspection of wireless transmitters for units with remote controls
